- Custom Companion Pricing Master the mechanics of structuring and pricing your companion services on a per-trip basis, accounting for duration, complexity, and specific care requirements.
- Client Intake & Fit Assessments Develop a rigorous client intake process to evaluate traveler readiness, review medical clearances, and verify travel eligibility.
- Airline Coordination & Booking Logistics Learn how to navigate complex transit systems, set up wheelchair assistance, coordinate pre-boarding, submit medical clearance forms, and handle companion booking rules.
